These attorneys dropped the case after 3 years of assurances that they were working in it.  We were unable to have another attorney pick it up in such a short time due to extensive medical records to review.\nInitially we were encouraged to not to file complaints against other facilities, and then stated those were the ones to really hold liable.\nThe judge at one point asked if i wanted to hold them in contempt due to not showing up.  The defendants lawyers went on record saying they were stunned regarding the total lack of correspondence or work done on the case.\nThis law firm is precisely why lawyers receive negative stereotypes.  Stay clear there are more competent, compassionate and honest law firms.
