Out of several choices of law offices available, we chose to call Zolton. Unfortunately, the lady who answered the phone was extremely rude (she was on speaker so I could hear her). My husband had just started to tell her that he was in an auto accident, when she interrupted and asked if we had contacted our insurance company. My husband told her yes, we already took care of that part. Her next words were, \"So why are you calling us?\" She spoke in such a snotty way, like she was upset that we bothered her at 9:00 AM. It was then that my husband told her to never mind - we would call someone else on the list and he hung up. As the saying goes, \"You never get a second chance to make a first impression,\" and how true that is!  Zolton might have great attorneys, but we'll never know because their secretary drove us away as possible clients.
