He’s been sitting on my probate case for almost 2 years and has done absolutely nothing. He withdrew from representing me 3 days before we had court, because “the judge was going to be pissed” because he’s been dragging my case and a witness report was incomplete. A report that was incomplete for months but he decides to take note days before court. He filed 2 or 3 times for my case since March 2024, and one of the times I was the one filling out the information for him.\n\nInitially he asked me how much I had paid when I asked for my money back and now he’s ignoring my messages. I’m out thousands of dollars and it’s not fair. He did NOTHING. And I’m not the only one he’s done this to.\n\nI’ve had to hire another attorney.
