Unfortunately, this is a reality of economics, state legislation that often protects these slimy businesses, and dealing with the insurance companies that insure them.\nNonetheless, Wendy York runs a good firm, and Attorney Dan Jay is easy to work with, very personable, and is as disgusted with these companies as you are. He is well organized, capable, keeps in communication with you throughout, and will listen and consider your input and wishes. Do I think the case resulted in a settlement large enough considering what happened to my mother? No, of course not. Is this the very best injury law firm in the country? I don't know, but Wendy was the only one I could find anywhere in Northern California that would talk to me about this type of case, and Dan is a good man, and worked conscientiously on behalf of my mother. Would I hire them again?
