Mr. Wyly listened attentively to my complaints about the doctor as I described my painful, incomplete recovery and the myriad problems that developed as a result of his mistreatment.\n\nMr. Wyly advised me that because of Texas' statutes of limitations, time had run out to take legal action against the surgeon and the Orthopedic Hospital. He was kind enough to offer some alternative suggestions that would allow me to report the surgeon and hopefully make him accountable to some degree.\n\nThough Mr. Wyly was unable to assist me, I am very appreciative of his honest, straightforward and valuable advice.
