I started to clarify that I have a civil rights and employment rights cases which due to I was experiencing mental breakdown with recently and was affecting my speech to break down  communicate with her including the past trauma made  me to more slowly. Instead of allowing me the time I needed to speak, the staff member repeatedly interrupted me and cut me off.\n\nThis made me extremely uncomfortable, and I felt forced to end the call. I am disappointed, as this interaction did not reflect support or understanding for individuals with disabilities.
