Our office attempted to reach you by phone without success.<br>We conducted a full investigation with the insurance company, which unfortunately confirmed that the loss was not covered under your policy. Even so, we still moved forward and sent the insurance company a letter of representation in the hopes that they would recognize you had counsel involved and consider paying something on your claim. However, due to the high costs of litigation and the low likelihood of meaningful recovery, pursuing the case further would not have been financially viable.<br>While I know this is not the outcome you hoped for, please know we carefully reviewed every aspect of your claim and advocated on your behalf where possible.
