They stated that I had not followed the requirements in the terms and conditions in the policy they provided me. The fact of the matter is they never provided me with a policy so how could I know the requirements. They were happy to collect $14 per month of theft and loss coverage. I wasted over 5 hours on the phone with AppleCare and AIG. They hide behind a bunch of legalese and just try to wear you down until you give up in frustration. These are huge corporations screwing the consumer with worthless insurance coverage. The person at Williams McCarthy I needed to speak to was not available so I left a detailed voicemail message.
