He was very respectful,  compassionate in his beliefs of how bad the Medicaid/Medicare system is flawed in that it is just about the money and protecting the owners and their assets, not the people they are neglecting on a daily basis.  William is extremely knowledgeable in all aspects of Law, making sure his clients understand and are never mislead. During a time of loss for myself and family he, and all parties involved in such a lengthy process were absolutely wonderful. In just over a two year period he never lost that focus, compassion, for my family while dealing with many other clients and families during that time.  I value his friendship today four years after the settlement on behalf of my mother's estate and have reached out on a few other occasions for advice in other instances.
