Instead, Ms.\nCasto made repeated, serious mistakes in the divorce documents — including stating we\nwere selling our home when our written instructions clearly said we wanted to continue co-\nowning it, and then inserting a sale date that had already passed.\nWhen I pointed out these errors, instead of correcting them, she told me my divorce was\nnow “contested” and that I had to pay more money. The only problems in the case were\ncaused by her own drafting mistakes, not any disagreement between the parties.\nI ultimately fired her and completed the entire divorce myself. It was finalized without any\nof the issues she claimed existed.\nIn my experience, her work lacked accuracy, diligence, and professionalism.
