I did so and I still did not hear back and so I called again 2/16/26 and the same lady answered and said it still wasn’t received. I asked if she could call them and gave her my referral number, which she said she did contact them and is waiting for the referral still. She calls back 2/17/26 and said it was finally received and proceeded to ask questions on what it was regarding. She cut me off quite frequently and was just unprofessional. Once she found out I reside in Bell County and the case is Coryell County she again cut me off and said they don’t service those counties. I stated that it’s very frustrating that if she would’ve just taken the time to ask a few simple questions when I initially called I would’ve have known earlier that even with a referral they would not be able to assist and she responded that she wasn’t required to ask questions. I simply stated that it may not be required but if you just take your time to ask certain questions if would result in a better customer experience.
