Basically acted as co-council for the prosecutor. Had almost zero interest in my constitutional rights or defending them. He couldn't \"find a case exactly like mine\" so threw in the towel. First thing he told the judge at trial was, \"yeah judge, I couldn't find any cases like this one.\" There were blatant inconsistencies in the witness's stories, and Whitfield sat silent. Then had the nerve at the end of it all to offer to appeal, but would cost 3x as much because \"it would be harder\". Well the 1st time around was apparently too hard for him, why would I trust him on something \"harder\". If you have a slam dunk case, I'm sure Whitfield can handle it. If it requires actual defense, I'd look elsewhere. I bet he does a good job defending himself against this review, but the truth is the truth.
