I was told up front that the process would be explained clearly and that I’d receive regular updates, but I often had to reach out first just to understand where things stood. When we did speak, I sometimes felt dismissed rather than supported, especially when I was still dealing with the physical and emotional impact of the accident.\n\nI understand every firm has its own process and priorities, and I’m sure they do good work for many clients.
