This firm had handled an earlier legal case successfully through a principle attorney.  A second incident occurred and my friend continued with the same firm.   This time they delegated to an another attorney in the firm who did not establish a relationship and was antiseptic in follow ups.  A real problem occurred when the first case was resolved with a probation being concluded and filed for closure.  The attorney it seems did not follow up to ensure the completion and signing of the court document closing the probation and the ensuing domestic disturbance was now a violation of probation.  The attorney withdrew from the case after difficulty in the relationship.
