Without any charge to the client we investiaged the case and laid out considerable sums of money to test the area and have the mold if necessary removed. After reveiwing all the facts we decided not to proceed. Agaimst our advise he refused to leave the house where the alleged mold was located and continued to expose his children to the condition. He failed to make any effort to mitigate his damages, if any. Not very cooperative client. Henceforth he lashed out at out firm. We will jot be intimidated .
