Dec 17th 2021 I was arrested for a charge which Carries a 15yr minimum mandatory along with a few other things. I contacted Mr.Wardell who unlike all the other attorneys I contacted asked me to come into his office and speak with him in person instead of over the phone! We met and spoke and found a number of discrepancies we formulated a game plan and he was hired. Fast forward to Oct 2022 we filed a motion to suppress the courts kept postponing we finally had a hearing Feb 2023 and had a chance to argue our arguments! When I say this man fought tooth and nail in that hearing he fought tooth and nail!! Now let’s fast forward to April 5th 2023 we finally got a ruling! MOTION GRANTED!! All evidence suppressed they violated my 4th amendment rights! Mr. Wardell answered the phone anytime I called always answered my questions and concerns!
