I sent a potential retainer of $5000. Never signed an agreement and only had ONE 10 minute phone conversation. They took my money and did nothing but, send me a break down of interoffice conversations that chewed up all of the potential retainer. Norma became hostile and cut me off when trying to get information about my $5000. I sent them an email demanding it back as they did not communicate and refused to provide me with basic information. Stay away from these people. They're going to scam you even without an agreement!
