We explored the possibility of a dismissal but none was available based on the record.  We obtained no points and no school as we promised. Unless you got a simple ticket, you may be told to plead guilty because it's easier even knowing your position before even accepting the case. I paid extra money, hoping that the lawyer would hear my story and do the work as I lived out of town. I did all the work. I was barely able to get him to return my calls. He always had an excuse. Then, having to get him to do his job was like pulling teeth. I usually got him to answer after threatening to go to the board. I would never use this firm again, and I highly suggest you look somewhere else because you might just get treated the same.
