Kay Van Wey literally tracked down every note missing from medical records, nurses, physicians, to include those that left the country, and they traced timelines to create a compelling case that the hospital's leagal team could not overcome and prevented the need to go to courts.  She held our hands guided us step by step and at no point thought to quit or give up during the 2 years plus.
