I was left unable to work and had a surgery forced on me by a DBA Insurance provider. I was not represented by an attorney at the time. The surgery left me completely disabled at a very young age with a family to support. The insurance provider wanted me to have another surgery or lose my DBA benefits. I would have lost everything if this happened due to me being physically unable to work. I contacted, and spoke with several attorneys that all told me the same story that I'm just at the mercy of the insurance provider and my outlook for mine and my families future was grim. I eventually spoke with Tim and he had a very positive outlook and assured me that everything would be taken care of. Time was of the essence due to the surgery date in less than a week, Tim negotiated for a second opinion and saved my benefits. Due to the second opinion I discovered that if I had I went through the \"required\" surgery I stood a very good possibility that I would have died due to Vascular issues. Tim fought my case for over 3 years and won a very generous settlement that was unheard of in other similar cases. Tim is very passionate about the fair treatment of his clients.
