Why hold 2 appointments at the same time? Needless to say we called back multiple times and we kept getting the same response “waitlist”. It’s understandable they are busy but 10 months and still nothing? Our case wasn’t pro bono/free, we were paying our dues and doing our due diligence checking in for about 2 months afterwards. We are at a better place now.
