In the last 3 months he has sent out 1 single letter and responded to a total of 4 emails out of the dozen that we sent him. He never answered the phone, he wasn't in the office, and he will NOT communicate with you. When he finally did respond to emails they were snippy, uninformative (filled with excuses), and condescending. After paying the $500 retainer fee we only recieved $140 back... soo it took almost 2 hours to write a letter and respond to 4 emails?
