Communication was poor, and they sent me to very mediocre doctors who were of no help whatsoever. Because of this, I had to go to my primary care doctor and use my insurance to find a solution for the terrible migraines that developed after the car accident. Then, they supposedly sent my case to a law firm to represent me, but I never understood why. If I hadn't called that firm, they wouldn't have even known they hadn't accepted my case. So many excuses make me doubt whether they are really working on my case after 14 months, and they still tell me I have to wait another 60 to 90 days.
