This lack of responsiveness caused unnecessary stress, anxiety, and confusion, and made it feel as though our case was not being treated with the importance it deserved.\nWhat makes this situation even more troubling is that our experience does not appear to be unique. After reviewing public feedback, we noticed numerous other reviews describing the same pattern of behavior—poor communication, failure to keep clients informed, missed hearings, and lack of accountability. My cousin was in some trouble and the previous lawyer (Jimenez Climente ) did a terrible job of representing him. He also didn’t tell my cousin he was supposed to be placed on an ankle monitor with his plea agreement which led to him being taken to jail. Then he refused to represent him further taking payment. I was advised to talk with Trigger law office and that was the best decision I made she cleaned up the mess at a very reasonable rate.
