Included a wrongful termination. I was only paid for a frozen shoulder injury. Second they handled my disability claim. I had already been awarded SSI. After filing the claim,, and receiving payment the lawyer representing me decided my case was unwinnable. Then dropped the case. Her share of payment was a third of my SSI backpayment. She assured me I qualified for SSDI right up until she had my money in her hand.
