Two years of being jerked around and treated like garbage. In the end at 1 month from the statute of limitations on our case they notified me they were dropping the case as they were not successful in litigation. I called so many times to be told I would be called back and would never hear. These people are downright awful and in this situation it was worse for us to deal with them than to deal with our malpractice issue. Do not do it.
