This firm couldn't take my case, but they did refer me to someone who could. When we finished our intake, she told me that due to the deadline being 3 weeks away I would hear back within 2 hours on whether the attorney could take my case. She ended up referring me to a specific attorney they were familiar with, they sent him my file and I had a call from him an hour later. She was smart and kind, but not afraid to say when she didn't know something and asked all the right questions.
