Tracey fox has assigned a third party to hold it, and blames them for not issuing the check.\n\nTracey fox will not return phone calls. Once you agree to using their services, good luck communicating.\n\n14 months ago I was told my check was in the mail. I call monthly but haven’t heard from anyone in nearly a year now.\n\nTracey fox did not care about facts. They were more interested in making a quick case rather than justice.\n\nUpdate-  after ignoring my emails and phone calls for the last year, they emailed me today.  Asked if I had received my check.  How the hell do they not know who they paid?  The truth is likely they held checks to gain revenue on interest, and now pretend they sent the funds.  They also sent small portions to the highest tiers to gain compliance and accept low offers…\n\nUpdate 2- months passed by and now they contact me again. They’ve sent a check equal of 10% of what I was entitled to.  They’ve also itemized a bill finally two years after settlement.  40% plus a ton of additional fees and service charges.
