My phone call always goes to voicemail, they are slow to answer emails, and told me in April I was on their \"list\" to see a QME in a couple months. It's now almost November and they have not provided me with any updates about my case. The process was made to be so easy and stress free! If you want your case to linger on with an attorney that is lazy, incompetent and ignores you and your case for long periods of time, all the while making excuses, then by all means hire him.
