As a Personal Injury attorney I cannot fathom settling a client's case, waiting idly for over 30 days for a release from the defense ( we expect them within 5 days at most), and then telling my client they won't get paid for an additional FOUR MONTHS.  These people were almost sanctioned for not making a court appearance on my case, then finally notified the court ONE date PRIOR TO THE date of sanction imposition that the case was settled.  EVERYTHING DONE LAST MINUTE AND ONLY IF YOU NAG THEM TO DEATH!
