I only spoke to one of the actual lawyers once months down the line. Lisa Martinez was great at the beginning and through the process of getting medical treatment. The overall communication from Top Notch Injury Attorneys is inconsistent however. When it came time to negotiate the settlement, they negotiated significantly less than I was hoping for(I literally got hit by a car while I was crossing a crosswalk) and I was not contacted at all during any of the negotiations. This was honestly incredibly infuriating. Sophia is a nice woman and was helpful during the process but when I signed my settlement document she changed her extension and I was unable to reach her at all afterwards. Lisa also stopped taking my calls. Michael Torres, the accountant, ended up helping finish out the process to ensure that my check was delivered to me and he was a massive help and was super understanding. The biggest problem with Top Notch Injury Attorneys is their communication. It's honestly quite terrible but they do their jobs and do it well, and I am definitely grateful that they took on my case.
