His family had dealt with the same issues that we were having, So we decided to give Tim a call and it was the best decision I ever made. I was trying to take care of my wife dementia on my own and it was finally taking it's toll on me, so I just had to do something to help my wife (Rosie) and give me some peace of mind. When my son met with Tim he explained everything in detail to make it easy for us to understand and how difficult some things could be. We did what he suggested and was able to my wife on medicaid and the help she needed. Tim became her advocate to do the medicaid yearly review. My wife is doing fine, but her memory has slightly gotten worse, but she still remember who we are and then COVID happened and we could only do window visits or talk to her on the phone, which was hard. Now we can visit again and even take her out to the park or home or just drive her around so she can relax and she different places. We are very thankful that Tim was there for us.
