In the past, I've had great experiences with the team, but I called today and the receptionist was amazing but when transferred to the paralegal, she was extremely rude, said the program didn't work where I could speak with someone but wanted to know if I would retain the attorney.  She started the phone call with high energy and the interesting part is that she didn't ask about the sutituion or what I was looking for. She went straight to \"do you plan to retain the attorney\".  She hung up on me unfortunately. I did call back and spoke to the nice receptionist. And again, I have spoken to 2 lawyers that were great in the past. But if you can't get past the rude paralegal,  it doesn't matter about the attorneys if your front office staff needs helps.
