Retained in August 2024 to prepare a demand letter, I furnished a comprehensive timeline of my case. Regrettably, I never received proof of the letter being sent or any meaningful updates on its progress. Since withdrawing representation in February 2025, my request for a refund of unearned fees has also been ignored. Despite our repeated attempts to connect and our extended patience, Attorney Strong has failed to return calls promptly, and when contact was made, the updates provided were consistently uninformative.
