And would NEVER tell someone to go here. But never state that I have lied.  I called and emailed in order to get updates and NOTHING.  I had to call multiple times to get answers. Significant time and resources were put forth by this office, all calls were taken or returned.  A year from accident to settlement given the amount of treatment is a very reasonable time frame in this case of hit & run.  I am only sorry that you got taken in by a fancy lawyer commercial on TV and then took the case we built to them and probably settled for less than you should have.  I wish I could say more in a public forum, but the rules of ethics for lawyers restrains what I can say.
