The collect your information and personal details and then send a generic letter stating they cannot help and the letter has absolutely nothing to do with you or your case or basically any information at all. It will say you didn’t start it under warranty or you have too many miles, whatever. The rejection does not match the case. To make it worse, I spoke to multiple “people” and yet got the same fake letter. Avoid at all costs.
