I called earlier in the morning and let them know that i need an appeal lawyer. When i got the chance to speak with Portela he told me  that he doesn’t handle appeals, but for him to read the trial transcript will charge me 3000 dollars, just to give me his opinion.\nI spent 20 to 25 minutes in there, which i think he just listens to me because he didn’t have any option.\nSo i went home thinking that i just waisted 100 dollars, because he isn’t what i was looking for.\nSo i called later, and they give me a call back , and when I told her who i was , she said miss we only handle emergency call, which I think is ok.
