After taking my case, and providing everything they kept asking for, getting updates was like pulling teeth. The case was eventually settled for a fraction of what it should have because it seemed like the Nye law firm wouldn't fight for me. Here I am over 11 years later and still suffering with back pain, and was not able to continue my military career, and all I got was some chump change.
