The Nation Law Firm handled my case with the county.\n\nFIVE YEARS LATER, and FIVE DIFFERENT ATTORNEYS assigned to my case; not ONE of multiple attorneys on my case took the time to review my MRIs,  (showing the instability caused by the accident).\n\nIn fact, none of them mentioned my MRI reports to the opposing counsel; so there was no defense made for my back surgery, and therefore; was removed from the list of claims.\n\nThe settlement provided by the county was agreed to by the two  attorneys: the county attorney and Nation Law's attorney. The two of them agreed to a settlement number - without my written approval.\n\nAfter multiple attempts to get my phone calls and emails answered, I spent 8 months disputing the settlement they accepted. Based on my injuries and the MRI reports indicating significant shifting in my vertebrae, I feel my case was mishandled.\n\nI was offered peanuts. In fact, the funds Nation Law collected didn't cover my medical expenses for both surgeries.\n\nThis is my personal experience with Nation Law and my last. I felt it necessary to share my horrible experience. I do not believe they cared about me, or what amount they settled for.
