This recommendation also extends to his staff who were always courteous, efficient and professional anytime I spoke with them.\nI had a major issue with a former employer (a large Orlando based company) that had some unique complexities and contacted over a dozen law firms. All of my conversations were very brief and had one of two options- either they would not take on my case until I got a right to sue from the EEOC, or I would have to start paying $300-$400/hour to even talk to an attorney.\nThat was until I called The Montone Law Firm. The first employee I spoke with spent over 30 minutes discussing my case and asking probing questions about the situation to gain a full understanding of the details. At the end of the call, he said he would discuss with Mr. Montone. Several days passed and I received a call from Attorney Montone (Lou). We spoke for close to an hour and he agreed to take my case. He spent the time to truly understand my situation.\nFrom the time he agreed to take my case, Lou was always honest and set clear expectations as to all the steps and timing for the case to progress. Lou was the only attorney who even took the time to call me and listen to my concerns about my case.
