The person who answered immediately told me they are not taking bad faith insurance cases right now, which is fine. Law firms have the right to choose the cases they take.\n\nHowever, I politely pointed out that their website still advertises that they handle bad faith insurance claims, so it might be helpful for them to update it to avoid wasting people's time.\n\nInstead of acknowledging that or even responding to what I said, the woman on the phone completely ignored the point and just kept repeating the same line over and over: “We’re not taking bad faith insurance claims.” It felt like talking to a recording rather than a person. It was very disrespectful and she had that \"tone\" without cause.\n\nThere was no attempt to listen, clarify, or even show basic courtesy. A simple response like “Thanks for letting us know, we’ll pass that along” would have gone a long way.\n\nFirst impressions matter.
