On 2/5/25, I sent over a short narrative describing the hostile work environment, harassment (including sexual) and discrimination I have faced thus far while employed by M&T Bank located in Bridgeport, CT. On 2/7/26 I completed another intake form, but no one ever responded back to inquiry. On 2/12/26, I was transferred once again to Michael McMinn’s voicemail, however this time I didn’t not leave a message. I am truly disappointed that although your website states, “We help everyone” it is apparent that you do not.
