CHP determined the motorcycle was at fault so we did not have any expectations that any money would be paid out from insurance and weren’t even confident that the McClellan Law Firm would take our case.  Our initial consultation was with Barbara who gathered information about the accident and injuries.  She was very personable, empathic, explained the process in detail and in vocabulary we could understand.  The following day we received a call from the attorney (Craig) letting us know his Team was taking the case and very confidently told us that he would be able to negotiate a settlement with all the parties involved.\n\nOur main contact during this process was Barbara and she kept us updated with the progress of the case.  Every email or phone call we made was promptly answered or returned.  Aside from providing basic information, photos, and medical bills, the firm did the all the leg work to track down the parties involved, accident reports, etc.  Very minimal effort from our end.
