A truck ran into the back of the car that I had borrowed and made it a total loss. My first choice was a Boulder, Colorado attorney. That attorney failed me completely, and after well over a year of zero progress and lack of communication, I decided to look for someone else. I contacted Raj Chohan, and after a long conversation with him, I chose him to represent me. The difference between Raj and the first attorney was like day vs. night. He kept in constant contact with me. He pursued the other driver's insurance company and mine, and within a relatively short period of time got a more than fair settlement for me. He went on to help me settle some differences with Medicare who was unfairly requesting repayment out of my settlement for some of the medical services that they had paid for in regard to the accident. Raj stuck with me and eventually got Medicare to admit that they were not entitled to the repayment that they had requested. Finding a good attorney can be very difficult, and since I live outside Colorado, it was even harder for me.
