She did absolutely nothing to help me. Whenever I had a question for her, she pawned me off on Casey Flores, who was rude, disrespectful and highly inappropriate it’s her language.\nAny questions my family or myself had were met with arguing and telling us it couldn’t be done. Our opinions didn’t matter. The only thing that mattered to Kara and the only time she would communicate with us was when she needed more money.\nWhen I was going in to mediation with Casey, an hour before the appointment, Kara emailed my parents saying if they didn’t give her $5,000 more she would cancel the meeting. This was after Casey had told us don’t worry about it. We will take care of that after the appointment. Proving the office is not on the same page.\nKara works most of the time out of Davenport and doesn’t like to be in the courtroom. She likes to zoom. Once, 10 minutes before a hearing she actually texted me asking if I was going in to court. This might not seem like a big deal to her but this was my life and my son I was fighting for!\nThankfully I hired Christine Gallagher and she won everything I was asking for at the very beginning. She believed in me and fought for me. They was the exact opposite from what I got from Kara Hill. From the beginning she treated me like she was doing me a favor to even represent me. Casey talked to my entire family with distain and purposeful hurt, making a highly emotional situation worse than it needed to be. First off, you will rarely speak with Kara, instead she pawns you off to her minion, Casey Flores.  Casey is extremely unprofessional and foul mouthed.  Casey is textbook personality type passive aggressive.   100%\nThis case involved myself and i needed extreme care with her case.  My parents had both been in divorces in Washington and were familiar with how cases are handled.  We had many questions, not questioning her knowledge but rather more on the lines of, had laws changed since we had gone to court.  Things were being handled so differently, the excuse given was due to covid...things had changed.  When we were finally able to see Kara Hill in action it was via Zoom.  We would soon learn that Kara rarely if ever went to court in Spokane, she would zoom those cases.  We found out she spent the majority of her time in Davenport!  Awesome....\nWatching Kara Hill handle the hearings of  was painful.  Like watching a child play with a gasoline can next to a fire.  She was unprepared, acted clueless about the case, failed to bring up important testimony or facts in arguments and literally pissed off the commissioner so much we got fined.  Then her minion Casey proceeds to blame us for the failure at court!  We had provided extra testimony in the event they could use it....which THEY CHOSE TO!  Which led to it being removed due to it not being filed in the beginning of the case.  Which...if you're an attorney who understands law wouldn't have allowed it but rather would've book shelved it for Trial.  This is just 1 example of her failures, the only thing I can say she did right was firing us as her clients.  Which she had threatened us with on multiple occasions even once on the day of a hearing!!!  Extremely unprofessional and untrustworthy.  We were given 3 days to find a new attorney.\nThis is when we were blessed.  We found Christine Gallagher who hands down is far superior in comparison to Kara Hill.  For your family law use Christine Gallagher, by far the best in every way.\nOne more thing.....only refer Kara Hill to someone you hate and you want them to lose in court.\n\nSincerely Reilly Claridge and Family\n\nP.s.
