They take your money and then disappear. They don’t communicate, they don’t return calls, and they ignore you until you basically have to blow up their phones just to get a simple response. Their so-called “24-hour callback policy” is a complete joke.\nThey claim to help low-income families, but in my opinion, that’s just a sales pitch to pull people in. Once you're signed on, you suddenly get hit with fees no one ever explained, and when you need real help, they leave you stranded. Every promise they made felt like a lie, and every step of the way felt like they cared more about money than actually helping their clients.\nBased on my experience, I would warn anyone: do not trust this law firm with your time, your case, or your money. They will leave you feeling misled, frustrated, and completely unsupported.\n\nYour response contains several inaccuracies and misrepresents our experience.\nThere were no bond violations related to the original case. That matter was already resolved, and the only remaining requirement was completion of court-ordered hours, which are currently being completed.\nThe bond hearing itself raised serious concerns. Comments made by the judge were delivered in a joking manner before any preliminary hearing occurred, which contributed to our dissatisfaction with how the matter was handled.\nWhile we appreciate the appointed attorney who was assigned and who made genuine efforts to assist us—including attempting to move forward while payment arrangements were being discussed—the overall communication and handling by your office was not satisfactory.\nRegarding payment, we did not refuse to pay. We attempted to make arrangements in good faith. When the remaining balance could not immediately be met, we were not allowed to continue under any modified arrangement, and the funds already paid were/would be forfeited. That was our experience.\nNo one informed your office that you were prohibited from communicating with me. In fact, you personally stated that you were ending communication with the mother. That claim is inaccurate.\nClient satisfaction is subjective. We were not satisfied with the firm’s services overall, and this review reflects our honest experience. Your boyfriend's mother retained our office for one service only – a murder case bond. The client and her were both thankful. You started contacting our office weeks after they hired us and wanted info; we were informed not to speak with you.<br>2) Our legal team dedicated significant time and effort to your boyfriend’s murder case bond hearing, which is why you expressed interest in retaining our firm for continued representation after the bond was completed. But, you could not pay.<br>3) Our firm was retained for “bond only” services, and that contractual obligation was fully fulfilled! While additional legal services were discussed, no further representation occurred because payment for those services were never received by you, despite multiple payment options, calls about money, and attempts to help you, that were presented. You could not pay.<br>4) In addition, to assist you all, our office covered $1,000.00 in investigative services at our own expense for the bond, which were never billed for. That included: preliminary reports, going to the murder scene, speaking to witnesses, recorded statements, gathering cameras, receipts, police reports, warrant searches, taking crime scene photos, jail visits, arguing his bond, and more. <br>5) Our attorney–client relationship was exclusively with the client, and legally we cannot talk to you. The law is clear: Lawyers cannot share details on cases with third parties and your reason for wanting us to share (\"because you are pregnant with his child and want him home\") did not permit us to violate attorney–client confidentiality or professional obligations.<br>6) Our firm does not provide services without compensation. We fulfilled the contract for handling bond and went up and beyond. Your boyfriend has several charges, violations of bond, and more. Your review contains statements that are not true – we cannot “take money” as you described, for additional services that you never even paid. Excuses do not equal payments.
