Sean was able to shelter our home and all of our financial assets, as well as most of our income, when my husband had to enter a nursing home.  It was a highly worrisome time in our life when we feared that we might lose our home and our retirement savings to the nursing home.  Sean put our minds at ease from our first consult with him.  The anxiety over my husband's health issues was almost too much to bear but Sean assured us that he would get the care he needed and he even went the extra mile to find a facility that he trusted and the staff there could not say enough good things about Sean and his kind and caring approach with all of his clients.  Sean designed an estate plan that helped us adjust to the reality of our need for long term care and he and his team drafted the trusts and the plan that got us to the place we needed to be.  We were glad that he took the time to explain the process to us and we very relieved that we found him.  He charged us a flat fee for everything and also had built into our fee agreement that any amendments he needed to do to the estate planning documents his office prepared for us would be completed at no additional charge.
