The foreclosure was executed anyway — in violation of federal bankruptcy protections. The property was then transferred to a connected buyer, who is now the subject of an active federal adversary proceeding.\n\nThe property had approximately $60,000 in equity — even in its as-is condition. It wasn’t a dream value. This was confirmed. Yet no post-sale accounting was ever provided. No explanation of how the proceeds were applied. No transparency at all.\n\nIf you’re considering working with Mr. Zimprich or any entities he controls, I urge you to check public records, bankruptcy court filings, and LLC ownership documents. I scheduled an appointment on Thursday for Tuesday of next week.\n\nThen nobody contacted me to confirm it. I called them before the appointment time as I didnt want to show up without confirmation.\n\nThen things started to get interesting. They told me they would get back to me in 5 minutes confirming it. I waited for 30, no call.\n\nI called them again, I heard voice of the same person who talked to me during my first call. But the person didnt remember me at all, so I had to repeat the same story again, answer all those questions again.\n\nThey told me theyd get back for sure time. In 20 minutes I got a call from them saying that I didnt have an appointment.\n\nOk, I wanted to schedule one again.
