They should fire this Carla. If you get assigned her then just find another firm as I am currently doing. I am currently looking into legal options of lawsuit even small claims. I am losing out on money everyday these people do not call me back and help me. I mean thats the point of representation right? Do not give these people your trust or time they will waste it and you will lose money. I even tried getting messages through the new client intake forms. Nothing.
