I’ve since suffered irreparable damages because of his lack of diligence and follow-through.\n\nThe most alarming part? His office does not carry malpractice insurance, and the retainer contract requires that any malpractice claims be resolved exclusively through binding arbitration — not in court.\n\nThis experience was deeply frustrating, disappointing, and harmful.
